We offer a 30 day full satisfaction money back guarantee on our products. If you are not satisfied with your product, please pay shipping and return what you have not used within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please include the original invoice with your return. If you have purchased your product at a retail location, please contact that location directly for its return policy. We follow the guidelines for FDA dietary supplements, but these products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Therefore, we do not make any health claims.

Broken or Defective Products

Email us at Bjornscohoney@gmail.com and let us know within three days of delivery if your products are broken or defective for a refund or replacement. If we are not notified within those three days after delivery, we will assume that your products have arrived in good condition. If your product is broken, send a picture of the broken product to Bjornscohoney@gmail.com and we will ship a new jar.
